Who we are

Lucy at the Post ("we", "us") is operated by Bonnibel Pty Ltd, 447 Honour Avenue, Graceville, Queensland 4075, Australia. These terms apply when you use our website, web app or mobile app (the "Service").

18 and over only

You must be 18 or over to use the Service. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

What the Service is

We publish horse-racing tips and analysis for races in Great Britain and Ireland. Tips are opinions, not guarantees, and past results do not predict future results. We do not take bets, hold your money or act as a bookmaker. Any bet you place is your own decision, with a bookmaker of your choice.

Your account

You need an account to buy a plan or a pass. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app, the web app or our delete-account page.

Plans, passes and prices

Our plans are: Basic (GB races, 3 selections): £19.99 a month or £179.99 a year; Pro (GB + Ireland, 3 selections): £29.99 a month or £269.99 a year; Premium (GB + Ireland, 4 selections): £59.99 a month or £539.99 a year. Annual plans cost the same as about nine months of the monthly price.

Passes: Track Pass (one course, today): £4.99; Day Pass (every course, today): £9.99. A pass covers the current UK racing day and ends at midnight UK time.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change affects you.

Free trial

The Basic monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan continues and you are charged the monthly price. Other plans and passes have no trial.

Renewal and cancelling

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

UK law usually gives consumers 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because our tips are supplied straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose that 14-day right once it does. If you do not give that agreement, you cannot complete checkout.

This does not affect any other rights you have by law, including if the Service is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, or where we decide to as a goodwill gesture, payments are not refundable. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute our tips or content, scrape the Service, share your account, or try to get around access controls. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content belong to Bonnibel Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Racing data comes from third parties and can be late or wrong. We may change or withdraw features.

Our liability

We are not liable for betting losses or for any loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law stated by the operator. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
